COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a makeup remover specially designed for sensitive skin. It gently cleanses, does not cause dryness, and does not irritate the eyes.

It provides additional moisturizing and soothing care during makeup removal, while also helping normalize sebum production and prevent oily shine.

The mildly acidic formula with pH ~5.5−6.0 does not disrupt the protective hydrolipid barrier and supports a healthy acid-alkaline balance. It has a texture similar to a lightweight toner and leaves the skin feeling moisturized after use.

Key Active Ingredients

  • Niacinamide (vitamin B3) normalizes sebum production and prevents oily shine, helps prevent hyperpigmentation, and evens out skin tone.

  • Panthenol (vitamin B5) reduces redness and itching, strengthens the hydrolipid barrier, prevents moisture evaporation, and supports recovery.

  • Allantoin is an antioxidant that slows cell aging, reduces reactivity, and stimulates regeneration.

  • Madecassoside is a biologically active component derived from Centella Asiatica that stimulates healing, soothes the skin, and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

  • Zinc regulates sebaceous gland activity and prevents excessive sebum production. It disinfects, provides a mild astringent effect, and accelerates regeneration processes.

  • Sodium hyaluronate is low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. It penetrates deep into the stratum corneum, intensely moisturizes, improves elasticity, and smooths skin texture.

How to Use

Apply the product to a cotton pad and gently wipe the face. To remove long-wearing eye makeup, place a cotton pad soaked with micellar water over the eyes for 30-60 seconds, then gently wipe the skin.
