Phyto Cica-Nol B5 3,000 Shot Serum by South Korean brand Medi-Peel is an active exfoliating peeling serum with spicules, designed for renewal, restoration, and deep soothing of troubled and sensitive skin.

The formula contains microscopic needles derived from purified sea sponges (spicules). They penetrate the upper layer of the epidermis, creating safe micro-injuries that "wake up" the skin, improve microcirculation, and drive active ingredients deeper. The Cica-Nol B5 complex — containing panthenol and 5 Centella Asiatica derivatives — provides instant relief from inflammation, redness, and irritation while strengthening the skin barrier.   • LEEDLE™ spicules — nanoparticles derived from sea sponge that act as microneedles. They create thousands of microchannels in the epidermis, enhancing the penetration of other actives and stimulating skin renewal.

  • Cica-Nol™ complex — a patented soothing blend of Centella Asiatica extract, 4 of its derivatives (madecassoside, madecassic acid, asiatic acid, asiaticoside), and panthenol. Relieves irritation and redness while reinforcing the protective barrier.

  • Succinic acid has immunomodulating and lymph-draining properties, promotes healing, and boosts cellular metabolism.

  • Salicylic acid (BHA) dissolves sebaceous plugs, smooths skin texture, exfoliates keratinized cells, and regulates sebum production.

  • Hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration and prevents moisture loss during the renewal process.

How to Use

Cleanse thoroughly with your regular cleanser and apply toner to dry skin. Dispense a small amount of serum (typically 1–2 pump presses) and distribute across the face using gentle massage motions (you may feel a light tingling or prickling sensation — this is the microneedles working naturally). Do not rub the product forcefully — gently pat any remaining serum into the skin with your fingertips until fully absorbed. Once the serum has absorbed, follow with a moisturizing or soothing cream.
