Fermented rice, rice extract, and rice hydrolate are rich in B vitamins and antioxidants. They soften rough areas, improve elasticity and firmness, and restore the hydrolipid balance. They intensely moisturize and prevent flaking and dehydration.
Panthenol (vitamin B5) reduces redness and itching, strengthens protective functions, reduces moisture loss, and supports the recovery of damaged tissues.
